  2. First Name and Surname

Can we have the ability to have First Names and Surnames in the default sign-up form on Follow-Up Emails....the product is promoted as having personalised emails....but it is it not possible to create a mailing list with personalised details such as First Name in the default sign-up form unless the list is formed from a customer list....

  3. Add support for Amazon S3 Storage in email downloads

Amazon S3 Storage(https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/amazon-s3-storage/) uses shortcodes in place of URLs for downloadable products. Currently, those shortcodes don't work when in Follow Up email downloads.

  4. Add the "limit usage to x items" field to follow up generated coupons

Currently any coupon generated by follow up emails is missing the option to set an item limit. This field is present in normal coupons under usage limits when using product or product% type coupons. This missing fields means coupons made by follow up emails are open to abuse and can be used on an infinite number of items in the cart.

  5. Add support for variable subscriptions

Currently, there's no way to target WooCommerce Subscription variations. For example, a merchant may offer Bronze, Silver, and Gold level subscriptions or perhaps a Monthly and Yearly subscription. It would be great if there was a way to target those subscription variations individually rather than sending the same email to all subscribers of the parent product.

  6. How does Follow-Ups handle localization?

In their custom translation the "Product" is translated to "Vare"
In the default WooCommerce translation "Product" is translated to "Produkt"
When activating Follow up emails, then the Products menu switches from "Vare" to "Produkt"

  7. Importing large list requires a lot of RAM

Running into issues importing customers from a large list of over 23,000. If less than 1 GB of RAM is dedicated to WordPress, the import fails. I understand this is a huge list, but should it require that much RAM?

  8. Follow Up emails with Product Add-On variables

Hi, I'd love Follow Up emails to be able to use Product Add-On variables.

This would make the Follow Ups that much more targeted, relevant and personal.

  9. Fully custom designed emails in Follow-up

Emails are a huge part of the brand recognition and trust. Especially with a tool like Follow-up that can almost fully replace Mailchimp.

But to have a custom design email (and I mean high quality) in place I reach one of two issues when I try to implement them:

    1. The editor is too weak, it doesn't allow us to create OR add custom HTML code (it breaks).

    2. When using the Template it looks perfect but shortcodes aren't supported.

What would it takes to make this happen? On our end, it's the last piece missing to make this plugin…

  10. Autocomplete [fue_subscribe] with customer email

Add the extra field "value" to the [fue_subscribe] shortcode to autofill the input with the customers email. Benefit: User doesn’t have to enter it manually to subscribe to a list (especially helpful when used on the my account page).

  11. WPML compatibility with Follow Ups

    Hi,

It would be nice, when we have a multilingual website with WPML, that Follow-Up Emails send the email notifications in the good language : the language of the user.

    Thanks

  12. For the Follow-Up Extension to differentiate between automatic and manual subscriptions.

Using the 'subscription email' section in Follow-ups, it would be great if there was a feature that enabled the system to recognise the difference between subscriptions on automatic renewal and subscriptions on manual. This would mean the renewal reminder emails could target a particular subscription (ie. for automatic subscriptions; This is courtesy email to remind you that your membership is due to expire soon and the cost of your membership renewal will be automatically debited from your nominated credit card on [date inserted].

    Cheers,

    Sally

  13. Add ability to link to product review anchor link in Follow Up email

When creating a follow up email to remind customers to review their purchased products, it would be great if the link to the product page could link directly to the product review anchor link (#reviews).

That way, customers clicking through to write a review can jump straight to the review rather than have to look for the link on the product page.

  14. Follow up email plugin - Add Item URL

Before the last update I was able to add {item Url} to Storewide emails and all products. This feature has now been removed in latest update and can only be used on storewide and specific products meaning I have to create 207 separate emails for this to work.

  15. Followup emails to ALL customers for Wooticket Events

Currently Follow up email can only be sent to customers who have bought a Wootickets Event. It would also be useful if there were an option to send Emails about Wooticket Events to all customers. That way you can inform customers that there is an upcoming event available. This would keep customers engaged and generate more sales.

  16. Minimum $ purchase for Product/Category Follow-up Email

It would be useful for Product/Category Follow Up emails to only be sent to customers who has purchased a particular product and made a minimum dollar amount purchase. This will avoid a never-ending cycle of emails (and coupon codes) being sent to a paying customer.

EX: Whenever someone purchases a product from me I want to automatically send them an email with a coupon code coax them to purchase another of the same product at a cheaper price. However this means that the customer will receive another coupon code every single time they use a coupon code. It becomes a…

  17. Follow-up Emails – Sensei variables

I do want to use the teachers name as a variable form Sensei, this wood make the email feel much more personal than one email form the website.

    What I want is:

    {teacher_first_name}
    {teacher_name}

And a link to the course, the learner is taking:

    {course_url}

So the learner can just click and go to the course.

  18. add more options to Email Follow up manual emails

    Hi,

I would like to see more options to filter manual emails, as well as more variables available for the manual emails. For example, we have a subscription service and we ship a physical product at the end of each month. We would like to send a follow-up email to all active subscribers, or all pending orders about 3 days before shipping to have them confirm their shipping address (We've had a lot of issues with customers changing their shipping address after their order for the month being placed and complaining because their order shipped to the old address)

    We…

  19. Payment reminder for Follow Up Emails extention

When an BACS order is on hold for several days, I want to send the customer a payment reminder after x days.
I think you can use Follow Up Emails for that (using Store Wide Emails), but I am missing some features.
I like to include the total amount (as a Available Variable) within the email content. And I also like to include the actual order within the email content. Both features are needed, in case a customer has lost their order details.

There is a plugin "WooCommerce Payment Reminder", however you still have to click a button after x…

  20. Follow-Up Emails should be able to prevent email if customer has already purchased

The Follow-Up emails can send a timed email to customers who buy a certain product. There is the option to include a voucher, so that they you can try to up-sell.

However, there is no way to prevent the email if the customer has already bought the up-sold product. This results in customers receiving the email, realising that they could have got a voucher, and then asking for money back.

So, without this feature, the follow-up emails can lead to losing money on some sales!
