  1. Payment reminder for Follow Up Emails extention

When an BACS order is on hold for several days, I want to send the customer a payment reminder after x days.
I think you can use Follow Up Emails for that (using Store Wide Emails), but I am missing some features.
I like to include the total amount (as a Available Variable) within the email content. And I also like to include the actual order within the email content. Both features are needed, in case a customer has lost their order details.

There is a plugin "WooCommerce Payment Reminder", however you still have to click a button after x…

  2. Follow-Up Emails should be able to prevent email if customer has already purchased

The Follow-Up emails can send a timed email to customers who buy a certain product. There is the option to include a voucher, so that they you can try to up-sell.

However, there is no way to prevent the email if the customer has already bought the up-sold product. This results in customers receiving the email, realising that they could have got a voucher, and then asking for money back.

So, without this feature, the follow-up emails can lead to losing money on some sales!

  3. Follow-up Emails QUEUE

I see that the Follow-up Emails does not have the possibility to show an e-mail queue. Currently it's impossible to see what mails are queued for sending. In my opinion, not being able to see and know what mails are queued, is very immature. I suggest adding a possibility to show the mail queue, so you see a list of mails that are to be sent in the future.

  4. Timed release feature on "Follow-Up Emails"

A feature on "Follow-up Emails" where batches of emails can be sent over a period of time. For example, if you have 1000 emails to send out can a feature say send 'x' emails every 'x' minutes (i.e.., send 100 emails every '30' minutes). In my case my hosting company will block bulk mailing of emails because the email servers get overloaded so sending in timed batches would avoid this situation.

  5. Follow-up Emails - Reminder for Courses & Appointments

It would be very helpful for Follow-up Emails plug-in to have a Reminder for people who sell Courses & Appointments. Ideally the reminder can be linked with the product date/course date and a reminder email could go out a few days before the course or specified time.

  6. Enabling Follow Up Email to Send Manual Emails to Existing Customers

I've been able to install the controversial Follow Up Emails (finally) but to my surprise, I can't send manual emails to my existing customers!! WHAT HAPPENED???

Is it possible or does that Roy H guy didn't know that it was doable?

Anyway, it SHOULD work with previous customers too.

  7. Enable the follow-up emails extension to have different "from" email addresses than the default. This will help personalize the follow-ups.

Enable the follow-up emails extension to have different "from" email addresses than the default. This will help personalize the follow-ups, since that's the whole idea to begin with. Our default email is "admin" or "info" or "customer service" typically. Follow-ups would be nice to show up as being from real people.

  8. Follow-Up Emails - Return 'Customer' for guest checkouts

Follow-Up Emails is pretty awesome. Definitely helps build a relationship with customer. For people who opt to check out with guest account, the FUE extension currently returns nothing when the variable {customer_name} (or {customer_first_name}) finds nothing in the user name field (empty because they checked out as guest). So if you use those variables, FUE returns: "Dear " instead of "Dear John" for guest accounts. Yet these people still had to supply a name to negotiate checkout. FUE just doesn't pull the name from that spot. Even if FUE would return "Dear Customer" instead of "Dear " that would be…

  9. Allow Follow Up Emails to email someone a set time BEFORE their subscription expires

It would be cool if Follow Up Emails could send email a set time (eg 2 days) BEFORE a subscription expires - at the moment you can do this after the subscription expires, but not before.

  10. 'Select All' box in Follow Up Emails' Manual Email section

It would be nice if we could create a one-time email to send out to all of our customers and subscribers (all that have not unsubscribed) in order to send out a broadcast message about site changes, deals, etc...

  12. Ability to automatically follow up on Abandoned Carts

Be able to setup a default message that is sent to every abandoned cart's email id. Basically asking him to come back and complete his purchase.
