  1. Group checkboxes under one group as an option

    When a user selects several checkboxes, when they purchase this product, the checkout page shows the group name above each selected checkbox. This makes sense as each group can have a different price. Customer would like to see an option to group all the checkboxes under one group for cases when there is no price. This will keep things looking much nicer.

  2. Product id's in global selector

    It would be great if we could add product ids in the global instead of only categories. Im currently using the categories and if i should add a global to that category it won't be correct, because not all products have the add-ons. I know i can add on the single product and also remove all globals from the product. I just think in my case it would be more convenient to add product id's in the global add-ons. Thanks for reading :)

  3. Option to add an SKU to add-ons

    There are some third-party inventory management systems (like TradeGecko) that require an SKU for every line item.

    If Product Add-Ons had the option to add an SKU to add-ons (especially global add-ons) it would improve compatibility with these third-party services.

  4. Add a plus + sign/symbol next to additional item prices (So my customer will stop getting confused!)

    Many of my customers are confused by the fact there isn't a simple + sign next to any amount that has priced options.

    So for instance, if the main product is listed as £10 and you have additional priced add-ons for that product for £1 (making the grand total £11) then the £1 option should have a plus + sign next to it so that it's clear that's an additional charge. At the moment, it just displays as £1.

    Because of this, I'm finding customers think the add-on product is only £1. I do see their confusion from a customers…

  5. Show product addons seperatly in basket as was before

    In previous versions of product-addons, the addons were shown seperatly within the shopping cart.

    This has been changed in 3.0.8 however it's much more userfriendly to show them seperatly.

    The issue which was resolved regarding the shopping cart total count should be fixed in another way. It should only count products and their quantitys and should exclude the addon counts.

  6. Complete CS backend using product Add-on

    We are looking to have a complete CS on the backend to help users processing there order over the phone. Using Woocommerce for basic product this works like a charm. But when some product have an Add-on option we can't added... We have to use the "Meta Box" and manualy insert the add-on title and cost witch very slowdown the orderting process over the phone. Please considering to do an update using the same setting "Add-on" from the "front end" of the site to the backend of the site for CS. Thank you! =)

  7. turnaround

    Need a global-add on plugin that allows us to post turnaround times for different made-to-order categories. With over 300 products, we cannot manually alter each and every product every time our turnaround times change. We need a simple plugin that we can alter it once, and then it updates through out our 300 products. We need the option to control what categories we choose, and the colors of text. Would like this added to global add-on's plugin.

  8. Product add-ons should change weight of product

    When you have product add-ons with an appreciable amount of weight relative to the base product, the total weight of the product that is added to the cart should be adjusted to reflect the additional add-on. If I sell a picture that weighs 2 pounds, and a product add-on, e..g, a picture frame, that weighs 1 pound, then the the picture and frame combo added to the cart should weigh 3 pounds for purposes of shipping.

    The FedEx Extension just pulls in rates for the original product without consideration to the add-ons. Also, the Invoice and Packing List Extension generates…

  9. Product Add-On: Set all user uploaded files to auto purge (trash) so it stops clogging up our server.

    Currently have to FTP to do this which is really not intuitive. The add on that allows users to upload art files for example, over the year builds up and causes a massive database to be store which in turn causes a very high hosting bill and backup need. We should be able to set the purge date to say every 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year so it just cleans it all out automatically (if possible). Also, there is no way for the user to see what file they uploaded once uploaded -- should stay in their file…

  12. Product add-ons should show color swatches on catalogue pages

    It's great that the plugin Product Add-ons now allows you to show image swatches and/or colour swatches. The plugin is nevertheless still missing a key feature: Showing color/image swatches on catalogue pages, like in this webshop: https://trendhouse.se/produkt-kategori/toppar/

    Plus, image variation on the single product page should be changing when a customer chooses a color variation.

  13. Product Add on's Price added to Checkout Payment/Deposit e.g Deposit = $300 and Product add on = $194 Total to be Charged = $494

    Hi There,

    We have an idea that you may have come across previously but at present we have not found a solution so far.

    So we are using Woo Commerce Product Add-ons which is great as it lets us add the correct amount of additional product add ons to our products.

    However we also have our main products set up on deposit basis of $300 per person and any additional product add-ons such as insurance etc are not being added to the intial deposit.

    Our idea would be to allow for when are clients are paying the intial deposit that…

  14. Apply global addons to tags

    If you need more flexibility to control all your global addons it would be very useful to apply your global addons to tags too. So you can control one global addon that belongs to several products belonging to diferent categories

  15. Present Woocommerce product add-ons vertical underneath centered image

    When having a lot of add-ons the list becomes pretty long.

    If for this reason or just because it looks nice, the possibility to present the add-ons vertically in one or two columns, would be perfect.

    This would sort the add-ons and present it easier for the customer.

  16. Easy method to remove the 20 character expert from text fields.

    Easy method to remove the 20 character expert. Unless there is a function for developers to use in their themes, a button or setting could solve the issue.

  17. Allowing Product Add-on selection to control the main image

    It would be beneficial if the selected add-on (in a drop-down list setup) was able to control the main image. This feature exists in variable products. There would need to be a way of setting up logic. For instance, if a t-shirt was sold in different colors, and then different images could be printed onto the shirt, there would need to be allowance for logic setup in picking the correct photo based on the customers selection process.

  18. In Product add ons allow sort by alphabetically or drag and drop ordering

    In the Product add ons plugin the default order in a select box is the order of entry of the items. It would be very useful to reorder the output either by allowing ordering options or drag and drop of new items added in the back end.

  19. Woocommerce Shipping Method Addon for products

    When Creating a product, you have shipping methods listed under the shipping tab. This also applies to vendors.
    This will let vendors choose shipping methods already configured by the admin or create custom shipping method.

  20. Product Add-Ons Input / Label markup

    For more flexible styling, please change the markup of checkboxes and radiobuttons.

    Todays markup:
    <label>
    <input>
    Label text
    </label>

    Issues: I want to style the label when the input i checked, which can't be done without javascript in this case.

    Suggestion:
    <input id="id">
    <label for="id">Label text</label>

    Improvements: in this way, the label is easily targeted by css with input+label selector.
