Fully custom designed emails in Follow-up
Emails are a huge part of the brand recognition and trust. Especially with a tool like Follow-up that can almost fully replace Mailchimp.
But to have a custom design email (and I mean high quality) in place I reach one of two issues when I try to implement them:
1. The editor is too weak, it doesn't allow us to create OR add custom HTML code (it breaks).
2. When using the Template it looks perfect but shortcodes aren't supported.
What would it takes to make this happen? On our end, it's the last piece missing to make this plugin actually useful.
Brand Trust is everything and we care a lot about it.

I came across this simple Follow-up email customizer that lets you style WooCommerce Order Complete Emails. It has a simple editor which let's you choose your brand color, add your brand logo and edit text easily.
Look into it might be the simplest Email Customizer on WooCommerce.
We have built a eMail Builder with the Vue.Js for WooCommerce. You completely control the email templates. It is not yet published. If any one would like to test, please let us know. We can send you the BETA. https://www.flycart.org/products/wordpress/woo-email-builder

I'm actually wondering why this isn't possible at this point? Email design is so important!

I say YES to shortcode in email templates! That would make everything so much more flexible!
