What is the point of this Plugin if it doesn't sync sales & order details back to Lightspeed?

The whole point of an online store syncing to POS is so you don't have to do the accounts manually.

You are charging $100 + for this plugin. Did you seriously not think of this while you were in development?

    What a waste of time.

I can't believe this doesn't have order sync. This needs to be higher up on the documentation page so that I don't have to read all the way to the bottom before discovering that the plugin is missing half its functionality. Disappointed!

It actually says you support it on one page:
"This is what defines a 1-way sync scenario using this extension to sync Lightspeed with your WooCommerce store: Lightspeed overrules / manages WooCommerce product inventory while WooCommerce feeds selected info (sales, inventory) back to it. We try to depict this in our little header graphic."

Then it says you do not if you look into the documentation.

Have you made updates, or is that a bit of a scam? I do hope you give the people who read the misinformation their refunds.

Agree - this would massively improve this. Or, at least have an option to switch off the 2 way inventory sync (ie. Woocommerce would not update Lightspeed inventory)

The LightSpeed/WooCommerce plugin should be able to sync sales and orders.

If you were to extend the integration to include at least some sort of customer transaction in Lighspeed POS so that it pushes to XERO, retail businesses would be able to account for stock in the correct manner, i.e.:

Stock sold + stock on shelf + stock stolen/written off = Total stock hold included in balance sheet. Currently, stock that is sold online only reduces stock in LS but create discrepancies within XERO when it comes to audit trails.

how about adding the ability to sync customers as well?

The Lightspeed extension does not currently sync orders, it only will sync the products and inventory counts. How about adding the ability to synch orders as well?
