Why is there no option for paid WC or extension support?
An extension spawned a fatal error over two days ago and no extent of troubleshooting has enabled me to get WC Dynamic Pricing (which we use to sell products to members at a discount) working. It spawns a fatal error and the WC ninja's response was to tell me to upgrade to the latest version, even though the WC status provided showed that it was already installed!
Took two days for that ninja's zero-help response. My reply 7 hours ago is still unanswered so it may be another day or so until I hear back and, in the meantime, we're losing sales **every day!**
Why is there no WC pay-for support option for faster turnaround on tickets? I know we're dealing with open-source software here, but Automattic is not an altruistic non-profit so they're leaving money on the table *and* a pissed off (yet still loyal) developer like me in the lurch.
There needs to be pay-for support.
