product variation addition and difference to price
Can be useful for product variation to add an addition or a difference to price instead to set the price one by one. for ex. for a t-shirt the price sor size m is 20,00 for xxl is 25,00 and the option/variation colour red add +20,00 euro to the price

The drawback of the current paradigm is you have to set every combination of attributes as a variation, which can be long.
Being able to set variations (based for example on the size) and options apart (for example : finition, warranty extension, customer insurance) would be easier and faster without having to create a new variation for each case. Something like :
VARIATION 1 : 10$
VARIATION 2 : 12$
VARIATION 3 : 13$
Option 1 : variation price +5$
Option 2 : variation price +1$ + 5%
Option 3 : variation price -2%
-> result : 3 variations & 3 options, 3 prices to compute, instead of 24 variations and 24 prices to compute currently

Products with price variations are far too cumbersome to manage for the average website manager. Each product needs a base price and a price per attribute. If an attribute is common across many products (as it generally is), changing that one value should alter all product variants by the difference.
Its currently daft to have to manually calculate a variant price for each variant when the system should be doing that based on the components.
I am considering Woocommerce as a replacement for an aging ecommerce system I use for my customers, and this is by far the most major limitation of Woocommerce.
The proposed changes would remove this limitation.

If I want to add a bunch of variations (say 10) this is too complex and time consuming in WooCommerce. I used Opencart previously and they simply used pricing variations (differences) per attribute. This was far simpler, easy and fast. Any chance that Woocommerce could have maybe 2 options for the variation method for people that like simple, easy and fast product input without complexity.

This needs to happen.

I need something like this too. I need this for my pizza restaurant, i am charging 1/topping so the end users selects only the toppings they want including the base price for a cheese pizza 9.99 + the toppings, right now there isnt any option on adding a variation as a checkbox and let the end user pick on what they want and all will be summed up.
This needs to be added so why can have a dynamic product listing which works like Product variation but does not require variations to be created but we simple add what can be changed out and each change has a seperate pricing that is added to a base price to come up with a final price
Customizing a computer's specs from a base model
Base = $1000
Graphic Card Options = 1 - $200, 2 - $350, 3, $500
HDD Options = 1 - $50, 2 - $150, 3 0 $200
So is someone customized a computer with Base + Graphics 2 + HDD 3 the generated price would be $1550
I need this modification either
* "sor", sorry i want write "for" :-)
