It would be good if you could add support for the native WordPress revisions, as they are with posts and pages.
The plugin Advanced Custom Fields just recently added support for revisions, so I know it can be done with custom fields!
We’ve been working on a CRUD implementation, which enables the use of custom database tables for data. At some stage down the road, we may explore revisions further. This would, however, be a custom-built revisions system.
Check out this thread for the reason Woo don't add this feature:
Too bad (so far)
Just lost about three hours of work because of a simple name change in the attributes section. It blows my mind that this can't be undone.

+1 I've had a problem similar to others in this thread. I have to tell you I'm gobsmacked that this is even an issue in 2016, with Woocommerce in particular (very un-woo! you guys rule!).
I suppose the fact that I've been using it for years and never dug this deep before explains it's absence so far, however now that I'm using it for more than just e-commerce, with wider teams it's become a big deal. Seriously big deal. Gotta git this done.
someone has changed my product price, I think my woocommerce is hacked :(
I need products revision history, please :(

It's crazy that this doesn't exist in WC, such a simple and useful feature.
Anyone from WooThemes have an update? Is this coming?
Special for the Order status history.. It is much needed

I sooooo second this!! Just came here from searching Google for a solution to my WooCommerce product edit being wiped out and saved in the blink of an eye when my Wintel netbook's touchpad got screwy (really can't wait to get the new MacBook Air in 2013 -- I've read they have much better touchpads, Apple laptops)....
Anyway, please please *please* consider providing standard WordPress content revision support for WooCommerce -- thanks!!!!
