How can we improve WooCommerce?

Help Scout - Modifications To Lifetime Value (LTV) Calculation In HelpScout

Currently, the HelpScout integration adds a Lifetime Value (LTV) field in HelpScout (on the right dashboard - similar to our ZD integration), which lists the total amount of money the customer has spent with us.

This calculation currently includes orders that are set in custom order statuses that are created using our Order Status Manager extension (like, for example, a custom status like Pending - which is a customer order status )for the calculation. Can you tweak the LTV calculation to include orders that are set as either Processing, or Completed while calculating Lifetime Value (LTV), and ignore the custom statuses that are created by the Order Status Manager extension.
