add more options to Email Follow up manual emails
I would like to see more options to filter manual emails, as well as more variables available for the manual emails. For example, we have a subscription service and we ship a physical product at the end of each month. We would like to send a follow-up email to all active subscribers, or all pending orders about 3 days before shipping to have them confirm their shipping address (We've had a lot of issues with customers changing their shipping address after their order for the month being placed and complaining because their order shipped to the old address)
We would also like to be able to email subscribers who canceled their subscription to offer them incentives if they come back.

I would like to send manual emails to customers who ordered a certain product within a certain time-frame, which is not possible right now. As it is now, you can choose either a period OR a product/category.
