  1. Ability to set global Ticket Fields

It would be really beneficial to be able to set global ticket fields, such that when a new product is created and the 'Ticket' option is selected, a default set of fields is loaded from the plugin's global settings.

    • Rearrange Ticket Fields

It would be nice to re-order the ticket fields. Right now if you want a new option to be number 2 in the list, you have to delete all of them, then add again.

      • Moving customer from one ticket to another

Sometimes a customer accidentally orders tickets for the wrong event. It's troublesome to create a new order, then delete the old one, then remember to update the stock numbers for both events. If there is a way to simply "move" a customer from one event to another so that all those additional steps are automatically done in the background, that would be great. Manually doing so takes time and is prone to human error.

Sometimes a customer will accidentally sign up for the wrong session. Instead of creating their booking from scratch in the proper event and then deleting the…

        • "My Tickets" tab not removed when no page is set

I'd like to be able to remove 'my tickets' from a customer My Account.

I assumed that by to `WooCommerce > Settings > Box Office` and removing any page selection from the "Ticket Page" option, it would remove the "My Tickets" section from the "My Account" area for customers.
However, the "My Tickets" section in the "My Account" area remains.

SIDENOTE: Would it also be possible to conditionally display the "My Tickets" tab in the "My Account" section only when someone purchases a ticket (so that users who haven't purchased a ticket don't see it)?

          • Remove refunded tickets from attendee export

I went to **Tickets > Tools > Export** and exported attendees who purchased a Ticket. I expected a CSV with everyone who purchased at ticket, minus those who had refunded their tickets, but the export included tickets that had been refunded.

            • Filter reports 'paid attendee'

I expect to be able to see reporting for only 'paid attendees' - the key metric we were tracking for my event - in the default WooCommerce / Box Office reporting.

For the event, we used coupons to let sponsors, speakers and staff purchase tickets. That let us track how many of them were intending on coming and gather dietary restrictions for deciding on menus. We created unique coupons for each sponsor, as there are limits on the number of tickets they get with their tier of sponsorship - so there are a lot of coupons. We also used coupons…

              • Include coupon on attendee export for badge printing

We used coupons to let sponsors, speakers and staff purchase tickets. That let us track how many of them purchased tickets and were intending on coming and also let us gather dietary restrictions for deciding on menus. In the past, we've used custom products or custom checkouts, but we found that people often just went to the site and purchased through the default checkout, and then would ask for refunds.

When we went to print name badges, I expected we'd be able to include what coupon was used to purchase a ticket so that I could easily sort sponsors, speakers,…

                • Edit Ticket link should say "Edit Ticket"

There are two ways to edit a ticket once purchased. From the order confirmation on the site via the "Ticket" link, and from the order confirmation email.

It would be more clear if the link said: "Edit Ticket" vs. just "Ticket"

                  • Include variation name in printed and emailed ticket

We created a variable product with tickets i.e. General ticket, VIP ticke. When a customer purchases, we can see which variation is purchased, and the customer can print or receive emailed ticket that includes event details including type of ticket purchased

Instead, it's not possible to add variation name (ticket type) to email/printed ticket

Feature would be highly beneficial so customers know what they have purchased and what to expect at the event.

                    • Refunding Order, ticket remains

                      Currently:

If someone refunds an order the ticket remains. There's no way of knowing by searching or editing tickets that a ticket has actually been refunded, thus can't be "mark as attended".

                      There are 2 refund scenarios:

                      1. Full order refund, refund all tickets on an order.
                      2. Partial order refund, refund select tickets on an order.

                      It would be ideal if:

                      1. When doing a full refund of an order, automatically move the ticket to the trash*.
                      2. When doing a partial refund on an order with more than one ticket, give the ability to select which ticket(s) should…

                      • Feature: Allow missing ticket info to be populated in checkout.

Got a client using this extension to create tickets. It worked, but they'd prefer to shoot straight to cart. Ticket can be purchased, with quantity updated in cart, even though the name / email address fields are not populated.

                        I would expect either:

                        1) A ticket is generated with "blanks" for those fields. i.e. a ticket is generated! (because one has been purchased; OR
                        2) The checkout will not complete, instead asking for relevant fields (ideally, here, in checkout!) for each empty ticket.

When ticket is purchased (probably because there's no name / email address etc) no ticket is created,…

I expected for my ticket form to remain intact after deleting the associated product

Instead, the ticket form is gone after deleting the product

When a customer purchases more than 1 ticket and asks for a partial refund, it would be more clear in the UI if you had qty. next to each ticket.

Would it be possible to add the option to import tickets with a .csv file using the same Tools section already setup for export?
This would allow me to create a spreadsheet of all staff and speakers to create tickets for each.
