  1. Feature request: add an option to enable pre-orders automatically when stock hits zero

    That would be nice to have an option to automatically enable pre-order for all products when the stock hits zero instead of having to manually check the option.

  2. Add support for Returns & Warranty plugin

    The Returns & Warranty plugin has places to enter tracking and shipping info on claims by default. It would be great if when also using the Shipment Tracking plugin, the default functionality was replaced with that of the Shipment Tracking plugin.

    To do this we would want to add a "Shipping Provider" field on the warranty claim, just as Shipment Tracking adds to Orders. Then when a tracking number is entered, it would automatically append it to the proper URL for the email notification that is sent out.

    Currently the Returns & Warranty plugin has a place for a shipment…

  3. Help Scout - Link Guest Orders From A WC-Registered Email Address To The Same HelpScout Profile

    Currently, when a customer that has already registered in a WooCommerce site, places an order as a guest (using the same, registered email address to check out), creates a ticket in HelpScout through our integration - they are passed along as a new customer (and their account is not linked to their existing HelpScout/WooCommerce Profile).

  6. Add raw exclusion option to exclusions

    The Exclusions settings currently work based on "if customer has previously purchased". It would be nice if there was a checkbox that allowed for raw exclusion meaning "if the customer is purchasing now". For example, don't send this email if this product or a product from this category is being purchased.

  9. Support importing pre-order dates

    All dates are saved as a timestamp in the database. There's no conversion on the import, so they can only be imported in the timestamp format. Would be nice integrating this with our Product CSV Import Suite.

  10. Please make provider names translatable

    When adding a custom provider (example code below) using a Hebrew translated name, there's an error.

    When changing the Hebrew translated provider name back to English .. then it works.

    Could we look at making provider names translatable?

  11. Capture hook for automatic processing

    Medium-sized and bigger merchants do have a need to automate their order processing and can not issue the capture manually from the backend for each order. Please provide a way (e.g. via webhook, cron on status change, ...) to issue a capture without manual interaction.

  12. Add support for multiple products and categories in email triggers

    Currently, only a single product or product category can be selected in the email trigger settings:

    If a user wants to send the same email for multiple products, they'll need to create separate emails for each product with the same content.

  13. UI: Too many admin notices

    Just installed Square on a new WC site. Once outside the setup wizard, or after installing the plugin, you get hit with some overwhelming, non-dismissible, notice spam: http://cld.wthms.co/C18bPu

    1) Could these notices only show on applicable screens, such as inside WooCommerce settings screens only - or maybe even just the Square setting?

    2) How about one notice at a time? For example, they need to first connect, so only show that. Then if they need to still select a business location, show that. Afterwards, we can prompt about location/currency.

    3) Are notices truly the best option for some of these?…

  15. Security: Add ability to change/regenerate Authentication Key

    Currently there isn't any option under WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > ShipStation to regenerate or change the key.

    This allows vendors that are connected to remain connected and it's not possible to disconnect them or regenerate the key in the front-end.

    You can do it yourself in the database in `wp_options` in the `woocommerce_shipstation_auth_key` option but there should be an easier front end to change it and revoke any ShipStation account that is already connected.

  16. Table Rate Destination: Outside U.S.

    When setting the Destination Countries/States on the Table Rate Extension, there's already an option for "U.S. States," "EU States," and "All"... but what about everything BUT the U.S. states? Plenty of us are selling form the U.S. and would like to avoid un-clicking 50 states to apply an international shipping rate

  17. Improve Email Priority so that it can easily be applied across all types

    Email priority(https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/automated-follow-up-emails-docs/#section-5) should determine which email is queued when an order matches multiple emails. If **always send** is not enabled on the email, only the the highest priority email should be queued.

  18. Reporting features for Pre Orders

    Pre-orders don't show up in the reporting, whether the order was paid upfront or pay upon release. Both "pay upfront" and "pay upon release" products/orders have the same order status of "Pre-Ordered". I can see how this makes reporting tricky, as in one case money has been received, but not for the other.

    But I think we should do something for reporting in this area, maybe even add an extra reporting tab.

  19. Add Product Bundles support

    Currently, if you order Product Bundle on the site, the inventory of all items included in the bundle is being managed nicely on the back end: https://cloudup.com/cwte3vuz0Qa

    When an order is synced to ShipStation, only the parent product details are shown: https://cloudup.com/cxZZqh1BWQ3

    It will be great to be able to see the items that have been a part of the bundle shown on the order page in ShipStation which will also help with managing its inventory in ShipStation.

  20. Ability to set global Ticket Fields

    It would be really beneficial to be able to set global ticket fields, such that when a new product is created and the 'Ticket' option is selected, a default set of fields is loaded from the plugin's global settings.
