Upon launch, the user will be notified that they have a certain time-frame to complete the course. They can close the course and come back to it, but access to it will expire within that certain time (a few days or weeks).143 votes
We’re planning to build this into the next version of our new Content Drip extension – http://www.woothemes.com/products/sensei-content-drip/
One alternative way to do this would be using Groups as described in this post – http://www.woothemes.com/2014/02/creating-a-tiered-membership-site-with-sensei-and-groups/
When you create a product that grants access to a Group, it allows you to set a duration, after which the user will be removed from that group.
I would like to request that the learner-profile template, does not use tabs to display the current courses and completed courses, because tab pages suck on mobile devices.
Why not simply display a section with Active Courses, followed by a section with completed courses beneath each other, which would look nicer on mobile devices.
See this example screenshot..
PS. It is in Danish.6 votes
Thanks, we will consider this, and in the meantime will improve the appearance of the tabs on mobile devices.
... or at least show currently assigned course in the module grid list.
Modules seem to loose their assigned course when you edit their slug or name using quick edit, and now i have to open each module individually to re-assign it.3 votes
