Follow Ups InnoDB compatibility
My storage engine is InnoDB instead of MySIAM. Therefore not all database tables are being created upon activation.
The plugin does not take into account that tables can be stored on different platforms in many standards.
Because the plugin makers have forgotten to define this, the plugin does not create the tables at some webhosters.
The tables should have the ROW_FORMAT = DYNAMIC if they are created in the InnoDB format, and if this does not happen, it is encountered against big errors.
In matter of fact this is not an idea but a bug I guess.

it would be good if we could link up separate unsubcribe lists to the opt outs list, so that all are concentrated in one place. Right now you can not even upload a list to the opt out , only one at a time

Have option to send follow-up emails at chosen timeframe
Follow up emails are pegged to an event, like product purchase or subscription renewal, which occurs at a specified hour of the day. If a subscription expires at 11:30 p.m. or 1:00 a.m., that's when the follow up email is sent. It's unprofessional at best. There needs to be an option that allows emailing at a specified time of day, say 11:00 a.m., or a specified period, like 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Follow up emails rewards and point triggers should be triggered from admin points adjustments
When using the "total earned points is greater than" trigger only points changes initiated by placing an order count. It would be helpful if adjustments made in the admin area also caused this trigger to work.

For the Follow-Up Extension to differentiate between automatic and manual subscriptions.
Using the 'subscription email' section in Follow-ups, it would be great if there was a feature that enabled the system to recognise the difference between subscriptions on automatic renewal and subscriptions on manual. This would mean the renewal reminder emails could target a particular subscription (ie. for automatic subscriptions; This is courtesy email to remind you that your membership is due to expire soon and the cost of your membership renewal will be automatically debited from your nominated credit card on [date inserted].

Schedule a follow-up email for a specific product on a chosen date
Select a product (which has variable dates) and choose a specific date for email to send out and email will send to all people who purchased the product on that scheduled date.

Filter "Pending Cancellation" from Recipients
We recently sent a Single Email to a list of Active Subscribers for a product. Only afterwards did we notice that users with a Pending Cancellation also received the email. It would be nice to at least have the option to skip those users.

Allow enabling trigger for a specific ticket on an event.
RSVP tickets are not selectable/searchable for triggering events here:

The code only looks for products that are tickets, and RSVP tickets are not products.

WooCommerce Follow-up Emails - Send Emails to Bookings via Resources or Persons
It would be awesome to create follow-up emails that can be sent to specific resources/persons under a bookable product.
Right now I can only send follow-up emails to the bookable procuct.
I really need to be able to create follow-up emails for clients buy a bookable procude and who are assigned/picked a resource/person.
Right now I have a bookable product that has two resources. Resource 1 requires clients to have a specific telephone number and access code. Resource 2 requires clients to have a totally different telephone number and access code.

Check for followup emails affected by rescheduled bookings
Currently, when you use the booking plugin with followup emails - the followup emails are not changed if the booking time is amended. This has to be done manually instead. Surely this should be an automatic feature of email follow-ups?!

Follow-up Emails - Reminder for Courses & Appointments
It would be very helpful for Follow-up Emails plug-in to have a Reminder for people who sell Courses & Appointments. Ideally the reminder can be linked with the product date/course date and a reminder email could go out a few days before the course or specified time.

Make "Manual Emails" just as powerful as the other followup emails.
"Manual emails" don't have the ability to "Import Existing Orders", as the other email methods do.
"Manual emails" don't have the ability to "Send to People with Payments Pending", as the other email methods do.
"Manual emails" don't have access to tall the "merge tags", as the other email methods do. These: {order_date}, etc.
I purchases "Follow-up Emails" not knowing that "Manual Emails" was the "******* child" of the entire plugin.
Please continue to add all the functionality that you so gloriously advertised for the other follow-ups into the MANUAL emails as well.

Category drop-down, change "Any Category" to something that will not confuse people
In the Triggers tab of a Follow-up email, there is a drop-down from where you can select a category.
When a product in the selected category is purchased, the email is sent.
However, if you want to only sent the email when a specific product is purchased, regardless of its category, there is no option like "No category" or just "-" to select.
As a user, I expect that if I choose "Any Category", then this email will trigger if a product in any category is purchased.
However, the way the trigger currently works, is that if "Any Category" is…

Add a trigger for Subscription Switching (Upgrading/Downgrading).
You have triggers for a lot of other subscription hooks, but not when the user upgrades, downgrades, or switching their subscription, ie the woocommercesubscriptionsswitch_completed hook.
