Add Trigger for Shipping Zone
We would like to add a trigger to purchased email follow up type. We would like to set a trigger based on shipping zone as this would allow us to send e-mails to customers based on Shipping Zone, unfortunately triggers by shipping method do not give us the functionality we want because we use the same shipping method across multiple shipping zones.

Check for followup emails affected by rescheduled bookings
Currently, when you use the booking plugin with followup emails - the followup emails are not changed if the booking time is amended. This has to be done manually instead. Surely this should be an automatic feature of email follow-ups?!

Coupons usage linked to no of products purchased
If a coupon is generated on purchase of a product, then if more than 1 of that product is purchased, either send multiple coupon codes, or better, set the usage limit for the coupon code to equal the no of products purchased

Category drop-down, change "Any Category" to something that will not confuse people
In the Triggers tab of a Follow-up email, there is a drop-down from where you can select a category.
When a product in the selected category is purchased, the email is sent.
However, if you want to only sent the email when a specific product is purchased, regardless of its category, there is no option like "No category" or just "-" to select.
As a user, I expect that if I choose "Any Category", then this email will trigger if a product in any category is purchased.

Follow-ups - Add ability for trigger to be any one of a list of Products or Product Variations
Please add the ability for the Follow-Up email trigger to be any one of a list of products or product variations.
Here's my scenario. I have a four size variations of a product. A small, 75ml sample size and 1L, 2.5L and 5L. Each has a choice of the same 12 colours.
I want to offer a discount off of the larger sizes when a sample is purchased.In detail, I want to create a single coupon for when a buyer purchases 1 or more of the 75ml samples. A single coupon regardless of how many samples are purchased.

Filter "Pending Cancellation" from Recipients
We recently sent a Single Email to a list of Active Subscribers for a product. Only afterwards did we notice that users with a Pending Cancellation also received the email. It would be nice to at least have the option to skip those users.

Add the ability to set at fixed send date for a follow up email in Follow-Up plugin
I would like to be able to send the email at a specific date (used together with e.g. "purchase complete status"), rather than at a certain amount of time after the purchase/status change. My client is selling online courses, and we would like to send out the course info on the specific date when the course starts, as well as a week before (for those who have already bought the course by then).

Have an option to follow up unopened emails
There's no way to easily send a follow up email to all unopened emails. I see the number of opened emails but for unopened ones I have to go through the whole report. It would be nice to have a way to send a follow up email to those who have not yet opened their emails.

Add a function to notify subscibers of new blog posts therefore avoiding the need to have a Mailchimp or specialist plugin to carry out this task.

Add a trigger for Subscription Switching (Upgrading/Downgrading).
You have triggers for a lot of other subscription hooks, but not when the user upgrades, downgrades, or switching their subscription, ie the woocommercesubscriptionsswitch_completed hook.

Check the rules between the emails after adding products to cart
Example scenario:
Client adds one product from category X to their cart, and one product from category Y.We'd like to send email #1 if the user has category X product(s) in the cart, but email #2 if the user has category Y products in the cart. If the user has products from both X and Y, then email #1 should take precedence and email #2 should not send.

Improve the email signup form - use ajax to submit
By default, the email signup form reloads the page after the user submits the sign up form. This is a bad user experience! The success message (after page reload) may not even be visible if the form is down the page
I vote the signup submits via ajax to prevent the page reload! Then the success/error message can be inserted right after the form, so it's visible.

Linking to reports from email list
We were just asked by a client how they could check where single mails have been sent to. That can be found in the Reports (wp-admin/admin.php?page=followup-emails-reports) under said email's name.
May I suggest to add a link "View Report" to the Emails list (wp-admin/admin.php?page=followup-emails)? Or even better make links out of Sent/Opens/Clicks in that list's Stats column.

Subject follow ups
Allow separate Email Subject and Email Heading, the way the default WooCommerce emails behave. Current behavior forces both to be the same in Follow Ups. Would be trivial for you guys to add a new field and allow those to be set independently.

Have option to send follow-up emails at chosen timeframe
Follow up emails are pegged to an event, like product purchase or subscription renewal, which occurs at a specified hour of the day. If a subscription expires at 11:30 p.m. or 1:00 a.m., that's when the follow up email is sent. It's unprofessional at best. There needs to be an option that allows emailing at a specified time of day, say 11:00 a.m., or a specified period, like 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

follow up on more than one product
I'd like to be able to trigger a follow up email on multiple products using OR logic rather than the default AND logic which is currently used for additional rules.

Drag and drop type editor
Drag and drop editor. Fantastic plugin but extremely difficult to make look nice. If it had a drag and drop editor with just simple items such as a header image, preheader, buttons, social icons etc it would be perfect. I currently don’t want to buy it again unless an easier email editor was put in place. With all the new drag and drop and Gutenberg etc surely this would be easier now.
