Would like Table Rate Shipping to be compatible with Measurement Price Calculator

Settings for Selection Priority
By default, Table Rate Shipping selects the lowest rate available for an order. Sometimes, store owners may want to select rates based on a different priority.

Allow three decimal places in weight ranges
When defining a weight range in a table rate rule it will always be formatted to two decimal places.
When using kilos as a weight unit this can be very limiting since there are a 1000 grams in a kilo.
The workaround for this is to change the weight unit to grams. But this isn't always convenient because this means all product weights must be entered as grams.0 votes -
Add product category to Table Rate Shipping rules
Possibility to create rules based on product category, e.g.
If any product in productcategory1 (or any subcategory), then add 10 €0 votes -
Table Rate Destination: Outside U.S.
When setting the Destination Countries/States on the Table Rate Extension, there's already an option for "U.S. States," "EU States," and "All"... but what about everything BUT the U.S. states? Plenty of us are selling form the U.S. and would like to avoid un-clicking 50 states to apply an international shipping rate

Table Rates per Product vs Subtotal
Add a dropdown on the admin side of the Table Rate Extension, asking if the condition and rate should apply Per Product, or on the Subtotal of all items.
In other words, if I want shipping on my $50 items to be different than shipping on 2 x $25 items, I could set up conditions based on price, then select shipping to be calculated Per Product
I know a Per-Product extension exists, but then you couldn't offer different shipping options such as standard, expedited, overnight, international, etc.
This would basically give you the option to combine the best of both…
