Set product price per Shipping Zone
Add ability to set product prices for each Shipping Zone rather than having to add multiple rows of Country Code/State/Zip etc. Shipping Zones already have all those details specified – it will be much faster to set up with fewer rows.

Show "$0.00" ammount at checkout when shipping price is set to be zero
This is common sense and should be addressed as an update, not an idea. We have two regions: US and Rest of the World. For US we have some cases where we don't charge for shipping. But even when we set the value to be $0.00 for US it won't show it on the Checkout.
There's a rule hiding the price when is $0.00. That shouldn't happen because customers need to see is $0.00 so they don't get confused.

Estimated shipping date for "In Stock" and "Available on backorder"
It would be really useful to finally add an estimated shipping date to the core in form of a global setting or even on a product level if possible -
to set a number of days or a date range for all products with "In Stock" status and have a separate setting to add additional few days when the product is "On Backorder".For example an in stock item can have an estimated shipping date in 3-5 days and an item on backorder would have 10 days more added to it.
I belie this is a very quick solution and…

WooCommerce per product shipping add function to select price with and without tax (because German laws and Germanized Plugin)
In combination with Germanized all prices should INCLUDE tax because in Germany we have other laws for it.
Its important to get no rounding differences on shipping costs and find the right solution. Its very important to use this nice plugin in Germany.6 votes -

bulk delete table lines for Per Product Shipping
It would be nice to be able to bulk delete table lines in product edit page. The simple possibility of selecting everything by holding shift button would be great. Control button is already usable but not shift button.

Enhancement: Allow adding Per Product Shipping to certain rates and not all
We would use Per Product shipping rate -plugin to add extra shipping costs to heavy products. Problem is that this extra shipping cost should be applied only to Post-shipping method and not to UPS-shipping method.
Currently there is no way to do this without overwriting plugins code, but this could be easily accomplished by adding filter

Delete multiple rows of per product pricing
Per product pricing - it would be great to be able to delete all rows of per product freight pricing attached to a product by multiple selecting more than one row or "Select All/Deselect All" - currently it is very time consuming to delete 100 rows of postcode data for a product, or I have to delete the product and start again with a fresh per product table in the new product. Importing new costs over the top of an existing table results in duplicate entries for postcodes, so it is necessary to delete existing data before importing new costs.

It would be useful to have a single per product table for shipping costs that can be applied to multiple products. eg. I have 20 products, each has to have 160 lines of possible freight costs, but I have to import the exact same table for each of the products. Instead if I could simply add "Shipping for Zone 1" which lists the 160 combinations, and just attach that table to each applicable product, that would presumably create a more efficient database and make maintenance easier.

Multisite supprot: Rates saved under products when network activated on multisite
If PPS is Network Activated on a multisite, rates do not get saved under products. This is due to there is a db table that's created to save the data and it's created with the db prefix of the main site, not the child site.

Add option to overwrite current per product rates on import
When you import shipping rates for an individual product, they are appended to the rate(s) already there. So you cannot import rates to overwrite the current rates even if they're the same county/state/zipcode.
Currently you end up with duplicates which prevents accidental over-writing, but an option to choose to overwrite duplicates would be a useful feature (at least for this user).

Export out all Per Product Shipping Rates
Per Product Shipping has a great feature where it can import all of the Per Product Shipping rates for all products in one go however it does not have the ability to Export out all Per Product Shipping Rates so that they can be mass updated and then re-imported.
Currently you can only edit the rates through each Product individually and for a store with lots of products this isn't a viable option.

Per-Product Shipping info Should Duplicate when a Product is Duplicated.
Please see my ticket here: https://www.woothemes.com/my-account/tickets/?id=370676
Basically, when one enters in per-product shipping costs for a product, then that product is duplicated... the per-product shipping data should be copied/duplicated as well! Instead what happens, is when you look at the info for the duplicated product, the data for the per-product shipping is GONE. This becomes a huge problem for a shop with lots of products.
For example, I just spent at least 20 hrs entering the shipping data manually for 135 products, each of which had 15 variation possibilities, and with each of those having 3 location-based shipping prices. So…
