How can we improve WooCommerce?

  1. barcode

    I would like to help make WooCommerce into a basic POS system using a barcode scanner to scan products in and out of WooCommerce.

    It would be able to add SKU as per barcode and add and remove inventory as well.

  2. include barcodes on products WooCommerce

    include barcodes on products without having to get through a plugin would be a great idea for businesses with small physical store and warehouses.

    Barcodes are now generated at one of two points. On the order confirmation (thank you) page or when viewing order details in WP Admin. This this means that orders generated via API are sent without barcodes.

    At this point you can only view the information of your product when entering the number of the barcode number.
    You can't scan the barcode (by phone) and go straight to products information.
    When you have an event with a lot people it would be a good option to scan the barcode and see if the client has paid instead of entering the barcode number into the form.
