Hi. Every marketplace site should offer their vendors the option to feature their listing. This means that for a small fee, their listing can appear ahead of other listings in that category. The plugin should make this listing last a limited time; this option should appear at the end of the 'create a product listing' page. It should offer a (PayPal) payment option so that the vendor can pay for the featured listing. Once this is done, the listing should go live automatically. These listings should also ideally be automatically deleted from the system after the expiry date. Thanks.1,212 votes
This is currently being worked on! Stay tuned for updates.
Sales reports by product are fine for simple products, but for people with lots of variations that effect price, or manage their own stock counts, having reports that show how many of each variation were sold is very important.273 votes
We’ve started the development of a new report for product variations ????
The new reports are being developed in a feature plugin, that’s currently in Alpha. You can view all the details here – https://github.com/woocommerce/wc-admin
We’d love anyone who’s expressed interest to follow the project along.
Ecommerce sites are subject to complex sales tax reporting requirements around the world. It would be helpful to have the ability for WooCommerce to: (1) define additional tax rules for each item sold (i.e., tax by type of product/service); and (2) generate a detailed sales tax report that can be exported to Excel.
The sales tax report can include information such as:
1. Sales tax collected by zip code and/or county (some sales tax differs by zip code, county and not just be state)
2. Sales tax exemptions (to non-profits, retailers, etc.)
3. Sales tax refunds/credits provided.41 votes

I would like WooCommerce to provide the ability to report on product sales by SKU number.
Most of the stores I build have variable products (shirt color, shirt size) and I need to know what colors and sizes are selling the most.
I think this would be a greatly-appreciated update for people who track their sales and make decisions accordingly.
Help me upvote this idea, and we might see it in the next update. :)35 votes

In order to properly report on the variations of a product, it would be nice if the Woocommerce reporting tool would allow sorting or exporting by SKU rather than or in addition to just Product.
This would ease the integration with some POS systems and accounting systems as well. Currently one has to do this by hand using the individual orders one by one.10 votes

Please give it a test drive and let us know if you have any feedback https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-admin/.
The ability to use multiple recent product widgets and configure different settings - in particular pull recent products only from a specified category and be able to change this on the fly within the widget (not have to change code)10 votes
We’ve developed a new product block that allows you to do just this https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-gutenberg-products-block/
Use the “New Products” block and filter on the categories you’d like to display.
