Add escrow.com as a payment gateway

This would be a useful feature for sure, although in the UK we tend to use Transpact.com, as they offer much cheaper Sterling (GBP) payments. Would also like to see a generic payment icon for escrow too.
I currently adapted the Cheque Payments method for escrow, as it only needs an "invoice later" approach to make it work. Full integration isn't required necessarily.
