Allow Admin To Assign [An Order/Orders] To Specific Vendors For Communication Purposes Only
Some orders are done through product vendors. We need a way to be able to assign an order to a vendor, but only allow them to communicate with the customer (with our supervision, comments should be held in a moderation que before it's sent to a customer) and show proofs (add attachments). The customer would need to be able to add attachments as well. The vendor would NOT be able to make any changes to the order, only shop manager, admin, etc.
The customer "proof" area would be on the same page as the order details page.
