Fixed Amount (not percentage) on payment plan for Deposits
Add another Payment Plan type that will allow the deposit and optionally subsequent payments to be entered as fixed amounts rather than percentages. Any product options (discounts or fees) would get calculated into the final 'Remainder Due' payment.

I'm really surprised this isn't already an option given the price. I would really appreciate it being added.

two out of three non-profits, need Fixed amunts plus remainder at the end.
They also need an option to set a due date rather than a timed duration between each installment. This is relevant with products that are events fixed in time. You want to collect all money in a structured way before the event.
Percentages are ******* accounting if the product has variation that effect price at each stage. They would rather take a set amount two or more time and the balance at the end. "Then we don’t have a bookkeeping fiasco trying to figure out who owes what."
Date Total Cost $200 . $300 . may vary between 200 and 300 depending on options
Now Initial Payment $75 . $ 75
2/15/2019 2nd Payment $100 . $100
3/15/2019 3rd Payment $25 . $125 . for the BalanceLike how deposit works with progress payment(s) in the middle.

All of the other deposit plugins I have seen have this feature already. I wish this one did as well.

Yes! This would allow a whole new level of flexibility. I was confused as to why this was not the default/included in the plugin already.
