Woo needs to have better Exchange rate and conversion information on invoices
We sell into Canada and the US. We bank in Canada. We use Stripe to process our payments and QuickBooks Online. Cloud Connector sends our invoices from Woo directly into Quickbooks without a human hand touching it. EXCEPT. Canadian orders work great. USD orders are missing a 5 decimal point exchange rate that Stripe charges and therefore when processed into Quickbooks using 2 decimal points the amounts Transferred from Stripe do not match the converted invoice amount from Woo. It's off by pennies up to a few dollars. It makes reconciling a NIGHTMARE. It takes what would be a perfect sync to a manual reconciling MESS. Stripe, Woo, Cloud Connector and QBO are all pointing fingers at each other. I CAN'T be the only person having this issue. Stripe sends a coded credit card transaction number to Woo where cloud Connecter grabs the info and sticks it into QBO. BUT ITS MISSING the proper exchange rate information.
