Validate user registration
The admin have to accept the user registration before he can buy in the shop.
The user fill the form and send the registration info, and the admin receive an email informing of this registration. The user also receive an email explaining that the admin has to accept his registration.
And when he is accepted, the user receive an email and can enter to the shop.
