Fastway Couriers (Australia) Shipping Calculator

Create a Shipping Calculator Plugin that works with Fastway Couriers (Australia) API http://api.fastway.org/latest/docs.html so that the shipping cost is added to the final price of the cart.

    Now Temando was shut down is the fastway oneany better now?weve been looking to build something similar via at www.idealxtech.com for a multi carrier service. I have also heard Shipit was good thoughts?

    Some one need to create a shipping plugin similar to the Neto platform so it can connect into many courier companies API of the users own account and be able to print and process from Woo. companies like Aus post, Fastway, Direct freight, toll , TNT and more in one plug in. So basically a multi shipping company processing plugin. Termando has this kinda of , but you dont own the shipping accounts so it can be a massive nightmare in tracking missing items and many business already have there own accounts set up with various courier companies

    Whatever you do, don't use the Fastway Plugin, absolutely useless and ZERO support or assistance.

    Hi Ninjas, Simon here from Temando - So sorry for the development delay however wanted to let everyone know the development is should be released at the end of this month. We have been testing away. The plugin will be available at no cost and will connect your woo stores up to all the good couriers in Australia like fastway, tnt, couriers please, capital, aae-startrack, mainfreight and many more. One account with our system will give you access to all the carriers on our system. Via the woo plugin you will be able to get the right delivery costs for satchels through to heavy cartons and pallets. You will not need to worry about table rates or zones as the system will automatically work this out for you.     I would also be interested in an extension for using Fastway Couriers having completing lots of WordPress work in Oz.
