Net 30 / 'pay later' invoice for B2B sales, with purchase available to ship/download immediately
For those of us who sell to businesses, we need to have the option of allowing our clients to add items to cart and checkout without paying, with the purchased item available to ship or download immediately, as if it's a regular paid transaction.
After the 'purchase', the client would automatically receive an emailed invoice with the total due, and payment terms (Net 30 or Net 60 or whatever), at which point they would forward the invoice to their accounting department, and accounting would cut a check or make an electronic payment (whichever is their standard).
If this is a feature that gets added, a bonus would be scheduled email reminders to the client to pay the invoice, for example five days before the due date. Or at the very least, a scheduled prompt for the store owner to send a reminder email to their client(s) who have a balance due.
And ideally this benefit would only be for pre-approved/registered buyers, so the 'Pay Later' option on the checkout page would only be visible to that category of user.
If there is a workaround that already exists for 'pay later', and invoicing for B2B sales, even without the added bonuses I listed above, I'm open to hearing about it.

Exactly what we need.
We need this too, it would save our business a lot of money. If anyone knows a way to make this possible, please let me know.

JP — This IS needed! We are an independent book publisher selling thru WP WooC to individs, but need the capacity to sell in BULK to Net-30 or Net-60 booksellers and auto-tracking. Also needs a credit-limit function. "Ship now, pay later."
(NO, renaming BACS won't accomplish this.)
