Hide specific shipping method if free shipping is available
Make it possible in the free version to hide specific shipping methods when free shipping becomes available. Right now you can either hide all other shipping methods if free shipping is available or you can show all shipping methods. But if you want to only hide one specific shipping method when free shipping is available you can't do that.

The absence of this feature adds costs to site operators (refunding customers who pay for shipping when free shipping was available) and creates frustration for website users (why did you show the flat rate when free shipping was available?).

+1. Display other shipping methods if free shipping is available is really confusing to customers. In case customers selected other shipping method by mistakes, it causes much frustration (as they need to pay the shipping fee which they shouldn't need to pay) and they will issue complaint tickets which is really bad for both merchant and customers.

With the reality of Amazon's rule over the marketplace, everyone prefers me to upsell the product and offer free shipping. It is such a hassle that WooCommerce doesn't easily offer an option to hide the shipping calculator function as well as the "shipping options will be shown at checkout" which only confuses people who clearly see "Free shipping" listed by the product!
