Extra charge for use of certain payment methods
I'd like to add an additional cost to specific payment methods, for exmaple to PayPal. So once the user is at the checkout, the total cost adjusts accordingly once he chooses one of the payment methods that I defined an extra charge.

Would you want to specify an extra charge based on the customer's cart total or anything? Or just a fixed amount charge?
