Don't use full page template but use shortcode approach
Following templates are full page template that are rendered when /unsubscribe, /email-subscriptions, and /email-preferences pages are loaded:
- templates/email-subscriptions.php
- templates/email-unsubscribe.php
- templates/myaccount/email-preferences.php
