Show “$0.00” ammount at checkout when shipping price is set to be zero

This is common sense and should be addressed as an update, not an idea. We have two regions: US and Rest of the World. For US we have some cases where we don’t charge for shipping. But even when we set the value to be $0.00 for US it won’t show it on the Checkout.

There’s a rule hiding the price when is $0.00. That shouldn’t happen because customers need to see is $0.00 so they don’t get confused.
