Add notice if overbooking when manually editing booking in admin

Presently if an admin chooses to edit an existing booking in the admin they are able to choose dates and/or times that overlap with existing bookings without any sort of notice. This should be allowed, but a notice would be helpful to let them know they have overbooked a slot.

The work around would be to check the calendar for availability before updating the booking.
