Today with WooCommerce if a customer make an order choosing as payment method the bank transfer he/she haven't the possibility to change its mind. He must pay with bank transfer!

To try to pay with another payment method, it need to re-creates the order manually starting from the beginning. Because the previous one is flagged as "suspended" till someone unlock the order, re-saving it as "pending".

Many customers calls us asking "how we can recover our suspended order and pay right now? We changed our mind, we prefer to pay by credit card". In these cases we need to unlock manually the order and ask to the customer to retry.

IMHO it haven't any sense!

So I propose to introduce the possibility for the customer to change the mind and recover the order to pay it by credit card or any other method in each moment.
