Add S3 Transfer Acceleration to file shortcode

Please add support for transfer acceleration via the shortcode for file downloads in the Amazon S3 Storage extension. This would be very useful to be able to enable it on a file by file basis.

    absolutely! We need this functionality and it should be very easy to implement. Especially since this is a paid extension!
