Add ability to print return labels
From: https://github.com/Automattic/woocommerce-services/issues/1281
Would you please add an option next to "Reprint" label button so we can also print return label for customer?
All it has to do is reversing the sender and receiver address and we can easily purchase return label for customer. And after purchasing return label, automatically email the label (pdf file) to the customer when we press the Update button. This is really important feature hope you implement it ASAP."

Bulk printing of shipping labels in woocommerce.
The longest part about creating shipping labels is going into each order. If there was an option in the drop down for bulk print shipping label for selected orders then it could go to a screen for review and if there's any mistakes to be fixes and then just print a string of shipping labels. Ive looked for alternative sources but nothing comes close to what im looking for. Please consider adding this fucntionality,

USPS Shipment Confirmation Acceptance Notice (SCAN) for shipping labels
For bulk shipping of packages, USPS provides a service called Shipment Confirmation Acceptance Notice (SCAN), which allows people to print out a bar code to scan that will represent 10s of packages at a time.
WooCommerce Services plugin makes creating and buying USPS labels convenient, but it would be more convenient for those who have hundreds of orders a day to take these created labels and tracking numbers to reduce the time the post office takes to scan all the packages into the system.
You can find the API here:
https://www.usps.com/business/web-tools-apis/scan-api.htmThis idea is similar to the one below but…

Bulk move products to another package
When printing a shipping label, you are only able to move one item at a time to another package. This becomes problematic if you have many products you would have to move over, as each move consists of 3 clicks to complete the move.

Add additional insurance to USPS shipping methods when printing labels
I love the idea that I can print USPS labels right in my WooCommerce dashboard and it pulls the address from the order - however, some orders require additional insurance to be added and this is not an option within WooCommerce, neither is requiring a signature, etc. Some of the basic "add services" from the post office would be nice if they could be added within WooCommerce for the ultimate streamlined back end shipping experience.

Add ability to enter shipment date when creating labels
From github https://github.com/Automattic/woocommerce-services/issues/1623
There is no option to change the mailing date that I can find. As of today when I create a label via Woocommerce, the label prints the following day's date on the label. That is fine if dropping of packages the next day, but if I wanted to drop off the same day with a label dated for tomorrow the USPS clerks give me a hard time accepting the package because the date printed on the label is not the current dayl. It seems there should be an option in the drop downs when creating labels for…

Add ability to print a shipping manifest
my post office asked me if we could print a shipping manifest when we bring in orders for mailing. Evidently eBay offers this service and the post office people like it because it allows them to scan the manifest rather than having to scan each individual package. This is a big time-saver if we are bringing in 30 to 60 orders for processing.

Add ability to change the origin zip code when printing labels
From: https://github.com/Automattic/woocommerce-services/issues/1623
Woocommerce has the option to change to origin zip code in the settings for calculating shipping rates. However, when you print the label the zip code defaults to your return shipping address. That works fine if your return shipping address is the same as the origin zip code of the post office you are shipping from. It does not work if the post office you ship from has a different zip code than your return address. This has been pointed out to me by the USPS clerk several times that the origin zip code on the label is…

Mark orders complete after shipping label is printed
Mark orders complete after shipping label is printed. It is like you went half way with the coding and stopped. Currently you process your order via wooservices and it updates tracking info process the label all that but then stops short what about the next step "completed" The order as it is sits as processing. I can use shipstation, stamp.com shippo and all 3 of them update the orders and they are 3rd party. Come on guys and gals add the last bit of coding to make this a full package. Because as it is your causing extra steps and…

Add shipped as a category for orders
I would really like to be able to mark an order as shipped instead of just processing or completed. I don't like to call it completed until I see that it was delivered based on the tracking number.

Add Shipsurance support to USPS shipping label.
Almost all major shipping providers (Shipstation, Easyship, Shippo...) let you easily insure packages through Shipsurance. It would be great to have that option when purchasing a USPS shipping label that is now available in the plugin.

Select which products are being shipped
For orders that contain a mix of products to be shipped by me and by a third-party drop-shipper, it would be useful to be able to exclude the third-party items from the shipping label and customs form.
For example, a customer buys a hat (to be fulfilled by me) and a T-shirt (to be fulfilled by Printful). If I go to create a shipping label, currently there is no way to exclude the T-shirt from the label.

Fix WooCommerce Services Tax Reporting
I am using WooCommerce Services to handle my Sales & Use Tax. It seems to work fine, except whenever I download the tax reports, it does not tell me what city & county the tax was collected for. Instead, it gives a generic name like "US-NV-NV TAX-1".
I learned that I can change these names whenever I go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Tax. The problem is that anytime a new customer makes a purchase for a city that we have never collected tax on, the new location has a default tax name of "NV TAX".
This is a problem…

Change Woocommerce Services MCC (Merchant Category Code)
All credit card transactions have a Merchant Category Code assigned to them.
Woocommerce Services currently charges credit cards using MCC 8999, "Professional Services"
Suggest changing to MCC 7399, "Miscellaneous Business Services"
This makes it easier to work with credit cards that reward bonuses for shipping transactions, such as the Chase Ink Business Preferred card. I've already confirmed with Chase that 7399 will work.

Display estimated delivery date on the front-side for each service
From: https://github.com/Automattic/woocommerce-services/issues/561
Basically, like amazon does, could we display next to each service option an estimated delivery date?

Default the "Notify the customer with shipment details" checkbox to being checked
When printing a shipping label, I'd like to default the "Notify the customer with shipment details" checkbox to being checked. In more cases than not, I would think shop owners would want their customers notified that their order had been shipped.

Add ability to add a custom logo to labels
From: https://github.com/Automattic/woocommerce-services/issues/1098
what would be really nice would be a setting to add my own logo in its place, or on the other side, below the label.

Shipping Label Payment Account reduces number of payment transactions
Everytime I mail a product, I receive a credit card charge for the shipping. I would much rather be able to have a prepaid shipping account where these charges are listed. If the account goes to zero, the individual charges resumes until the account receives more funds. This would drastically cut down on the amount of paperwork and number of credit card charges.
