  2. Linkable Sub/Category Thumbnails.

    Hi, Please add the ability to choose to link out to an external link when creating a sub/catagory. Allow the thumbnail to be linkable vs. simply choosing a parent category. i.e The thumbnails on my home page should be able to link out directly to an affiliate store such as Etsy, etc.

  4. Force Sell Variations Function

    i add this idea to the costumizations / store enhancements because there is no option for Force Sale Extension.

    So the idea its quite simple and can be done with some line of codes, the Force Sale Extension of woocommerce should have the function to set force sale also on variations, because as it is its only for simple products purposes, at this moment if you have a product with 2 or 3 variations eg Tshirt - Color Red & Color Black and you want to force sell a red hat for the red tshirt and black hat for black…

  6. Provide Built-In Tools for Scaling WooCommerce to Enterprise Scale

    Right now, scaling up your WooCommerce store or subscription membership site requires intervention from custom developers (in addition to more robust hosting and making good choices with themes, plugins, etc). Some of the tools should be built into WooCommerce, such as database optimization, performance settings which accommodate a larger store, and so on. An Enterprise Add-On would be nice too! It could be a premium product and service.

  8. Currency Converter Widget

    Currency Converter Widget

    Hello, would it be possible to be able to display the currency and the code together in the dropdown? e.g.
    AUD $ instead of just AUD
    CNY ¥ instead of just CNY

    In the pricing it shows both - so why not in the dropdown ?

  9. Why is Exclude products from a particular category on the shop page so utterly complex?

    The categrory archive page is untweakable. Why is there not an option to include / exclude show categories? Those 'snippet' things are way too nerdy for normal people with a shop. Make it simple please, instead of nerdy.

  10. Comment/Rating System Revision - Unregistered Guests

    Because of the nature of my store, I allow comments/ratings from visitors who are not registered buyers. For the regular Wordpress comment system (moderated) if a comment is left, there's a notice that the comment has been received and will be reviewed before being public.

    For WooCommerce, there's no acknowledgement that the review worked at all. I noticed this recently because I had a comment that someone left multiple times. It was not spam and I was curious why they kept leaving it. That's when I tested out leaving comments myself as a guest on the site. If there's no…

  12. Many plugins should be included in the core.

    It might be the businessmodel of automattic: supplying an incomplete woocommerce to sell as many plugins as possible. But we really feel MANY plugin functions and requests should be part of the core. Too many utterly logical options must be pluggedin or (even worse) snippeted, which is way too complex. Would also save a host of incompatibility and enhance a stable shop.

  13. FreshDesk - Support custom domains

    Through Freshdesk, you're given a URL like example.freshdesk.com. You're also able to have your support on a subdomain, i.e. support.example.com.

    When you have it on a subdomain, the SSO no longer works and users can't sign in.

  14. Exclude products from all current and future coupon codes

    This would be really helpful for stores that have active coupons and plan on adding new coupons in the future.

    It would be great if I could go on a product page and click "Exclude product from current and future coupons". It's a lot of work to go back and exclude a product from all coupons and making sure all future coupon codes don't apply to it. It's even more work when the product has variation and all of them need to be added to each coupon.

    Please make this a feature included in WooCommerce. It would be a really…

  15. Allow manual product sorting in each category separately?

    Product sorting relies on the default menu_order property, which unfortunate can keep only value at a time. Giving that if a product belongs to multiple categories, only the very last sorting order value will be held, everything else will be overwritten. In other words, if you set sorting for the products which belong to a category, going to the next one will remove the order you set previously.

  16. WooCommerce Email content editable from Dashboard

    Making WooCommerce Email content editable from Dashboard will create a flexible and stable solution for all emails being send. Now it's hard, only through code, to edit email content.

    And most Shop owners want to write their own content. For Branding reasons, for formal or not-formal use of language... how great it is to have a placeholder, it must be easy to edit without code.

    And i don't mean with al images and such. Just the text content.
    It will make the lives of store owners and developers a lot easier and lives happier.

    ;-) Love, hugs, grateful for your…

  17. Repeat Order: Need a re-order link in email

    Hello,

    I hope there's a re-order link in the woocommerce processing/complete email. Currently user need login to his/her account > view order and click a re-order button.
    I think it's not user friendly and some user do not want to create an account. Most easy way is put a repeat order link in the email.
    In addition, sometimes user forgot our site url and they usually check the site detail from email, so why not just put a re-order link in the email?

    Thank you~

  20. Change the word "Category" or "Tag" to something else

    Make it possible to change the word "Category" or "Tag" to something else. Translation coding no longer works:
    addfilter('gettext', 'translatetext');
addfilter('ngettext', 'translatetext');
    function translatetext($translated) {
$translated = strireplace(‘Category’, ‘Application’, $translated);
$translated = str_ireplace('Categories', ‘Applications’, $translated);
return $translated;
}
