Hide course publication date from Google.
I noticed recently that while my course seems to rank reasonably well in Google searches (yay!), the publication date of the course is displayed as part of the "rich snippets" data in the search listing. This is fine for now, as my course isn't very old (yet), but as time goes on that could be a problem. I wrote the course to be as "timeless" as possible, without any information that would expire or go out of date, but it could be perceived as "old" by potential students 2-3 years from now who see the publication date in search listings.
A way to "hide" the publication date from Google bots so it won't be displayed in search listings would be a welcome addition to any future SEO considerations for Sensei.
Thanks David. You may want to create a new idea for this in the WooCommerce category instead.
UPDATE: Dan has rightly pointed out that Google isn't picking up the date from the product data, but rather from reviews. So a way to hide the date from product reviews would be the trick here, which is not directly related to Sensei.
