This sounds more like a reviews engine than a testimonials plugin. Similar, but with a distinct difference imho. I think of testimonials as being specific to a particular client/project. Reviews are more generic and can be for anything, a product, a service, an event etc. Based on that I think it's unlikely we'll add this to our testimonials plugin.
