   With the reality of Amazon's rule over the marketplace, everyone prefers me to upsell the product and offer free shipping. It is such a hassle that WooCommerce doesn't easily offer an option to hide the shipping calculator function as well as the "shipping options will be shown at checkout" which only confuses people who clearly see "Free shipping" listed by the product!
