I'd like to have the ability to zero charge a certain shipping method when order value over the threshold.

    For example:
I offer delivery to a pickup point for free for orders over €50. User can select which pickup point they want to use (typically a supermarket nearby, customers have multiple options and preferences). If I hide this option and enable just free shipping, then I cannot choose a pickup point. Not good. I'd like to have zero cost for this and keep it as a (default) option.

I also offer express delivery directly to home, but I don't offer this for free. So a customer eligible for free shipping (to a pickup point) might want to pay for the express delivery for some reason. If we just hide other options when free shipping is available, this customer will be forced to take the slower, free shipping. Not good either.
